From Kolding's city center, walk towards Bredgade, the main pedestrian street. Continue along Bredgade until you reach Slotsstræde. Turn left onto Slotsstræde, and the Spanish Stairs will be on your right, a short walk away. The walk is approximately 5-8 minutes from the center.

Public Transport
If arriving at Kolding Station, take Bus Line 1 (towards Kolding Sygehus) or Bus Line 2 (towards Kolding Midtby). Get off at the 'Kolding Midtby' stop. From there, walk down Bredgade for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Slotsstræde. The Spanish Stairs will be on your right after another 3 minutes of walking. A single bus fare is approximately 22 DKK.

If you are visiting Koldinghus Castle, exit the castle grounds and walk down the hill towards Slotsstræde. Turn left at the bottom of the hill. Walk along Slotsstræde for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Spanish Stairs on your left.
