From the capital city of Roseau, head south on the E.O. Leblanc Highway towards Soufriere. Continue on this road until you reach the town of Pointe Michel, where you will take a right onto the Pointe Michel-Soufriere Road. Follow this road until you reach the village of Soufriere. From Soufriere, follow the signs towards Scotts Head, passing through the villages of Gallion and Giraudel. Roseau Bay will be located just before reaching Scotts Head.
