Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start from the main entrance of Cabrits National Park. Head southeast on the main road towards Portsmouth. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the junction. Take a left turn towards the ferry terminal. Drive for another 2 kilometers until you reach the ferry terminal where you can park your car. There is a parking fee of approximately $5 USD per day.

  • Ferry

    Once at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket to Terre-de-Haut, Guadeloupe. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around $15 USD per person. Ferries run multiple times a day, but check the schedule in advance to ensure availability.

  • Walking

    Upon arrival at Terre-de-Haut, disembark the ferry and walk towards the Phare du Port des Saintes. Head south along Rue de la République for about 500 meters until you reach the waterfront. From there, follow the coastal path which is marked with signs leading to the lighthouse. It’s a scenic walk of about 1 kilometer that should take you approximately 15-20 minutes.
