From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. The ride to Laudat takes approximately 30 minutes. From Laudat, it's a short walk to the Middleham Falls trailhead. Minibus fare is around EC$5 (USD 2).

A taxi from Roseau to the Middleham Falls trailhead will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically ranges from EC$80-EC$135 (US$30-US$50). Ensure the driver knows the exact location of the trailhead. It's advisable to arrange a pick-up time for your return journey, as taxis are not always readily available at the trailhead.

From Roseau, head east towards the interior of the island. Follow the signs to Laudat. Once in Laudat, look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls. Follow the side road to the parking area near the trailhead. Parking may incur a small fee, typically around US$2. Note that the roads can be winding.
