From Roseau, take a minibus towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. Ask the driver to drop you off at the side street leading to the Middleham Falls trailhead. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around EC$5. From the drop-off point, it's about a 15-minute (1 km) walk to the trailhead. Follow the signposted side road, which includes some steep hills, to reach the official starting point of the trail.

A taxi from Roseau directly to the Middleham Falls trailhead will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically ranges from EC$80-EC$135 (US$30-US$50). Ensure the driver knows the exact location of the trailhead.

Driving
From Roseau, head east towards the interior of the island. Follow the signs to Laudat. After about 20 minutes, look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls on the left. Follow the side road to the parking area near the trailhead. Parking may incur a small fee, typically around US$2.

Middleham Falls is located within Morne Trois Pitons National Park. There is an entrance fee of US$5 (EC$14) per person to enter the park. Officially there is an admission fee of 5 EC dollars (about 1.85 US dollars), but there may not be a ticket office or place to pay the fee.
