Car
If you are driving from Champagne Reef, start by heading north on the coast road (Route 1). Continue for approximately 12 kilometers (about 20 minutes). Follow the signs to Roseau. As you approach the city, look for signs indicating the direction to the Portsmouth Bus Station. Once you reach the bus station area, you will find Roseau River Promenade right along the River Bank. There is no parking directly at the promenade, so plan to park in the bus station area.

To reach Roseau River Promenade via public transportation, you will need to catch a minibus or a taxi from Champagne Reef to Roseau. Minibuses typically leave from designated stops near the beach or main road. The fare is usually around $3-5 EC, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Roseau, ask the driver to drop you off at the Portsmouth Bus Station. From there, it's a short walk to Roseau River Promenade, located along the River Bank.
