From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the side street leading to the Middleham Falls trailhead. The bus ride should cost around EC$5. From the drop-off point, it's approximately a 15-minute (1 km) walk along a small asphalt road to the trailhead. Follow the sign pointing towards Middleham Falls.

A taxi from Roseau to the Middleham Falls trailhead will cost approximately US$30-US$50 (EC$80-EC$135), depending on your negotiation skills. From Roseau, head towards the village of Laudat. Follow the main road, and look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls. The turn is approximately 1 km before Laudat. Follow the side road until it ends (about 1 km), where you'll find a parking area near the trailhead. Parking may incur a small fee, typically around US$2.
