Walking
From the center of La Plaine, head northwest on Main Street towards the La Plaine River. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction where the road splits. At the junction, take the left path which is marked with a signpost for Middleham Falls. Follow this path, which will take you through some scenic areas. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will come to a small wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and continue along the trail, keeping an eye out for directional signs to Middleham Falls. The falls will be located about 10 minutes further along the trail.

Hiking
If you are starting your journey from a more remote area, such as the nearby forest trails, make your way towards the Main Road that runs through La Plaine. From there, head towards the sign for Middleham Falls. The hike will take you about 1 hour, but it is important to wear good hiking shoes and carry sufficient water. Follow the marked trails, and you will find the entrance to Middleham Falls at the end of the path.
