Public Transport
From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically leave from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the side street leading to the Middleham Falls trailhead. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. From the drop-off point, walk along the side street for about 15 minutes (1 km) to reach the trailhead. The bus fare is around EC$5 (approximately US$2).

Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi from Roseau directly to the Middleham Falls trailhead will take about 30-40 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, but expect to pay between US$30-US$50. Arrange a pick-up time with the driver for your return journey, as taxis may not be readily available at the trailhead.

From Roseau, head east towards the interior of the island. Follow the signs to Laudat. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes. Once in Laudat, look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls. Follow the side road to the parking area near the trailhead. Parking may incur a small fee, typically around US$2.
