From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. The ride to Laudat takes approximately 30 minutes. From the village, it's a short walk to the Middleham Falls trailhead. Minibus fare is around EC$3-5.

A taxi from Roseau to the Middleham Falls trailhead will cost approximately US$30-US$50 (EC$80-EC$135), depending on your negotiation skills. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. From Roseau, head towards the village of Laudat. Follow the main road, and look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls. Turn onto the side road and continue for approximately 1 km to reach the parking area near the trailhead. Parking is limited and may incur a small fee of around EC$5. Note: Roads may be affected or clearing after storms, which can slow travel.
