From Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM), drive through Marigot and the interior until you reach the roundabout in Pond Case. Turn left, and continue straight until you reach a low-lying bridge; Rosalie Bay is just after the bridge on the left. From Roseau, head north through Canefield, and at the Pond Case roundabout, turn right and follow the road to the low-lying bridge where the resort is located on the left. Car rentals are available at the airport. Expect the transfer to cost USD $75.

From the main bus terminal in Roseau, take a bus or minibus heading towards LaPlaine. Ask the driver to drop you off at Rosalie Bay or near LaPlaine Road. The fare typically ranges from $5 to $10 EC dollars. From Douglas-Charles Airport (DOM) take a bus or taxi to Roseau, then switch to a bus heading to LaPlaine. Confirm with the bus driver that they stop at LaPlaine Road. The fare for this leg will be approximately $3-5 USD. Upon arriving in LaPlaine, look for LaPlaine Road and walk towards Rosalie Bay Eco Resort & Spa, which will be on your left.
