The Roseau Cathedral Chapel is centrally located in Roseau, making it easily accessible on foot from most points within the city center. From the Old Market, head west along Church Street, then turn right onto Virgin Lane. The cathedral will be on your left. From the Dominica Museum, walk south on Victoria Street, then turn left onto Turkey Lane. The cathedral will be on your right. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes from most central locations. No costs are associated with walking.

Minibuses are a common mode of transport in Roseau. Several bus routes pass near the cathedral. Check for bus stops along Valley Road or King George V Street and ask the driver to drop you off near the Roseau Public Library or the Methodist Church, both of which are a short walk from the cathedral. Bus fares within Roseau typically range from EC$1.50 to EC$3.00. Note that there is no fixed timetable, so be prepared to wait for the next available bus. Minibuses generally operate from early morning until around 6:00 PM.
