Walking
From the center of Mahaut, head north on the main road towards Portsmouth. Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers, passing through the village of Mahaut. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Mahaut Community Center on your right. Once you reach the intersection where you see a sign for Portsmouth, turn left. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance of Cabrits National Park, which will be on your left. The park is well-marked and easily recognizable.

Start at the main bus stop in Mahaut. Look for a bus heading to Portsmouth; these often have 'Portsmouth' displayed prominently on the front. Board the bus and pay the fare (usually very affordable). The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Cabrits National Park. Once you disembark, walk a short distance towards the park entrance, which should be visible from the bus stop.
