From Santo Domingo, take Highway 1 towards Santiago. Follow the signs for Jarabacoa and continue on Highway 1 until you reach the town. Once in Jarabacoa, follow the signs for Tanama Jungle Ranch. The ranch is located approximately 20 minutes outside of Jarabacoa town center.

Take a bus from Santo Domingo to Jarabacoa. Once in Jarabacoa, you can hire a taxi or motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Tanama Jungle Ranch, which is about a 20-minute drive from the town center.
