Walking
From the center of Bayahibe, head north on Avenida Dominicus towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Autopista del Este. Turn left onto Autopista del Este and walk approximately 1.5 km until you reach the bus station. Here, take a bus heading to Higüey. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Higüey, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, walk east on Avenida José María de Peralta until you reach Avenida Vetilio Alfau. Turn left and continue walking until you find Obispado Nuestra Señora de La Altagracia at Avenida Vetilio Alfau, Bienvenido Durán 12.

Start at the main square in Bayahibe, and locate the bus stop near the beach area. Look for a bus marked for Higüey. Board the bus (ensure it’s headed in the right direction) and pay the fare (usually around 100-150 DOP). The journey to Higüey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Higüey, disembark at the main terminal. From there, follow the instructions for walking to Obispado Nuestra Señora de La Altagracia by heading east on Avenida José María de Peralta, then left onto Avenida Vetilio Alfau until you reach your destination.
