Walking
From the center of Bayahibe, head towards the main road Avenida La Laguna. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Juan Brito. Turn left onto Calle Juan Brito and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the main highway (Autopista del Coral). At this point, you can either continue walking towards Higüey or take a local bus (carrito) heading to Higüey. If you choose to walk, be cautious as the road can be busy and narrow.

Once you reach the main road (Autopista del Coral), look for a local bus (carrito) heading towards Higüey. The buses are frequent and will display their destination. You can board any bus that has 'Higüey' written on it. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Rancho Cocory, which is located along the Autopista del Coral. When you see the sign for Rancho Cocory, press the bell to signal the driver to stop.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any point in Bayahibe. Simply ask your hotel or a local for a taxi service. Let the driver know you're going to Rancho Cocory on Autopista del Coral. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting the trip, or ask for a meter taxi if available.
