From the center of Constanza, head southeast on Calle Juan Pablo Duarte towards Avenida Gregorio Luperón. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Avenida Pedro A. Pina. Drive for approximately 2 kilometers, then turn left onto Calle Col Japonesa. El Sercao will be on your right at number 41. Parking may be available on the street or in nearby lots.

To reach El Sercao using public transportation, you can take a local guagua (shared minibus) from the main bus terminal in Constanza. Look for a guagua heading towards Col Japonesa. The fare is usually around 50 Dominican Pesos (DOP). Inform the driver you are going to El Sercao or ask fellow passengers for help.
