If you are driving, start from the center of Constanza. Head south on Avenida José María Rincón. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Carretera La Cienaga. Turn left onto Carretera La Cienaga and follow the road for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating Mirador Duarte. As you approach, you will see a sharp right turn leading up to the viewpoint. Parking is available near the entrance, but be mindful of any parking fees, which can range from 50 to 100 Dominican Pesos.

To reach Mirador Duarte using public transportation, find a 'carro público' (shared taxi) in downtown Constanza that is heading towards La Cienaga.
