If you're driving from Samaná town, head east on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte. Continue straight until you reach the intersection, then turn right onto Carretera Samaná - Sánchez (also known as Route 5). Follow this road for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the road sign for Cayo Aurelio.
