Walking
If you're staying in the heart of Samana, start at the central park (Parque de la Libertad). Head northeast on Calle 27 de Febrero until you reach the intersection with Calle Juan Pablo Duarte. Turn left onto Juan Pablo Duarte and continue until you see the signs for La Sonaja. It should take about 30 minutes to walk there.
Motoconcho (Motorcycle Taxi)
From anywhere in Samana, you can easily catch a motoconcho. Just tell the driver 'La Sonaja' or show them the location address (7JJR+HGX, Samaná 32000). The ride should take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic, and it’s a very affordable option.
