If you are starting from the central area of Santiago, head southeast towards Avenida 27 de Febrero. Walk along Avenida 27 de Febrero until you reach the intersection with Avenida Pedro A. Bonilla. Turn left onto Avenida Pedro A. Bonilla and continue straight. You will pass several shops and cafes. Stay on this road until you reach the intersection with Calle Vicente Estrella. Turn right onto Calle Vicente Estrella, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Fortaleza San Luis will be on your right side at C. Vicente Estrella, Santiago de los Caballeros 51000.

Public Transportation (Guagua)
From any central location in Santiago, look for a guagua (minibus) heading towards Los Pepines. You can catch these at various points, such as the Parque Central or along Avenida 27 de Febrero. Inform the driver you want to go to Fortaleza San Luis. The fare will be around 25-50 Dominican Pesos. Once you get off, walk a short distance to Calle Vicente Estrella and follow it until you see Fortaleza San Luis on your right.
