Walking
From the Plaza de Armas, head east on Paseo Ahumada. Continue straight until you reach Calle Bandera, then turn left. Walk along Calle Bandera until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (also known as La Alameda). Cross the street and continue walking north towards Parque Forestal. Upon reaching Parque Forestal, enter the park and walk towards the eastern end where you will see signs for Santa Lucía Hill (Cerro Santa Lucía). Follow the path up the hill, which will lead you to the summit for breathtaking views of the city.

Public Transport (Metro)
From any metro station in Santiago, take the Line 1 (Red Line) towards Pajaritos. Alight at the Universidad de Chile station. Exit the station and walk east on Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins (La Alameda) until you reach the entrance to Parque Forestal. Enter the park and follow signs leading you to Santa Lucía Hill. The walk up the hill is accessible and takes you to stunning views of Santiago.

If you are near a bus stop in Santiago, look for buses heading towards the downtown area, specifically those that pass through Avenida Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins.
