Once you're on the bus, keep an eye on the stops. You'll want to get off at the stop closest to C. Benito Monción. From there, walk about 5 minutes toward the direction of the intersection with C. José María Rodríguez until you reach Casa de Arte, located at F73V+475, C. Benito Monción.
