If you are near a metro station, take the Metro Line 1 (the only line) in the direction of Centro de los Heroes. Get off at the 'Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte' station. Once you exit the station, walk south on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte until you reach Calle José Gabriel García. Turn left onto Calle José Gabriel García, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. Parque Cervantes will be on your left.

Locate a bus stop where you can catch a bus heading towards Ciudad Nueva. Most buses will have signs indicating their route. Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when to get off at Parque Cervantes. The bus will drop you off close to Calle José Gabriel García. From there, walk a short distance along the street, and you will see Parque Cervantes.

If you are already in the Ciudad Nueva area, you can walk to Parque Cervantes. Start at the nearest landmark (like Plaza de la Cultura) and head east towards Avenida 27 de Febrero. Turn right onto Avenida 27 de Febrero and continue until you reach Calle José Gabriel García. Turn left onto Calle José Gabriel García and walk straight for about 10 minutes; Parque Cervantes will be on your left.
