If you are near the historic Zona Colonial, start by heading west on Calle Las Damas towards Calle El Conde. Continue walking until you reach the Parque Colón, a central square. From there, head southwest on Calle José María de la Luz until you reach the Malecón (the coastal boulevard). Once at the Malecón, turn left and walk along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Avenida George Washington. Continue walking straight until you see the entrance to Santo Domingo Port at F498+GJX. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Zona Colonial, you can catch a local bus (guagua) heading towards the Malecón. Board a bus at the stop on Avenida Independencia near Parque Colón. Inform the driver you want to disembark at the Malecón. Once you arrive, walk towards Avenida George Washington and head east until you reach the Santo Domingo Port at F498+GJX. The bus ride should take around 15-20 minutes.
