Follow the signs for Santo Domingo, staying on the highway for approximately 2 hours. As you approach the city, take exit 8 for Av. 27 de Febrero towards Zona Colonial. Continue straight until you reach C. Padre Billini, where Fray Bartolomé de las Casas Park will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be cautious of any fees which may vary.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Cordillera Central to Santo Domingo. Look for buses heading to the 'Caribe Tours' station in Santo Domingo. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours, costing around 300-500 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Once you arrive at the Caribe Tours station, you can either take a taxi or use local transport to reach Zona Colonial. Ask the driver to take you to C. Padre Billini, where the park is located. The taxi fare from the station to the park should be approximately 200-300 DOP.
