If you are starting from the Malecón, head towards Avenida George Washington. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the intersection with Calle Isabel La Católica. Turn left onto Calle Isabel La Católica and continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes. Columbus Park (Parque Colón) will be on your right, just before reaching the main square of Zona Colonial.

From the Malecón, locate the nearest bus stop along Avenida George Washington. Take a local bus heading towards Zona Colonial, which typically costs around 20-30 Dominican Pesos (DOP). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Parque Colón. Once you disembark, you will see Columbus Park right in front of you.
