From Malecon, head towards Avenida George Washington and walk east along the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Socorro Sanchez. Turn left onto Calle Socorro Sanchez and continue straight until you reach Plaza de España. The Alcázar de Colón is located at Plaza de España, C. La Atarazana 2, which should be visible from the plaza.

Public Transportation
If you are near a public bus stop on Malecon, take a local bus heading towards Zona Colonial. Make sure to ask the driver if the bus stops near Plaza de España. Once you arrive, walk towards Plaza de España, and you will find the Alcázar de Colón at C. La Atarazana 2. The bus fare is around 20-30 Dominican Pesos.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer biking, look for a bicycle rental service near Malecon. Rent a bike and ride along the waterfront towards Zona Colonial. Follow the same route as if you were walking: head towards Avenida George Washington, then turn onto Calle Socorro Sanchez until you reach Plaza de España. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes.
