From Ambato, head to the main bus terminal located at Av. Cevallos and Calle 10 de Agosto. Look for buses heading to Baños de Agua Santa, which is approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour bus ride. The buses are frequent, and you can purchase a ticket at the terminal. Once you arrive in Baños, you will be dropped off at the main bus terminal.

After arriving at the Baños bus terminal, exit and take Av. 16 de Diciembre heading southeast. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Av. El Salado. Turn right onto Av. El Salado. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer, and you will see Balneario El Salado on your left, marked by its entrance.
