If you are in the central area of Ambato, start at Parque Cevallos, which is a popular landmark. From the park, head east on Avenida Cevallos towards Calle Sucre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Bolivar. Turn left onto Calle Bolivar and walk for about 5 blocks until you reach Avenida Rodrigo Pachano. Turn right onto Avenida Rodrigo Pachano. The Martínez-Holguín House Museum will be on your left at the address Q9CH+R76, Dr. Rodrigo Pachano Lalama. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.

From the central bus terminal in Ambato, take a bus that heads towards Ficoa. Buses are frequent and cost very little. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of Avenida Rodrigo Pachano and Avenida Cevallos. Once you get off, walk along Avenida Rodrigo Pachano heading north for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Martínez-Holguín House Museum on your left at Q9CH+R76, Dr. Rodrigo Pachano Lalama.
