If you are starting from the Plaza Cevallos, head south towards Avenida Cevallos. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Sucre. Turn left onto Calle Sucre and walk for another 300 meters. Plazoleta de la Segunda Constituyente will be on your right, just before you reach the Parque de la Merced.
