Walking
If you are in Puerto Ayora, start at the Main Pier (Muelle Principal). From there, head northeast along Av. Charles Darwin. Continue walking straight, passing various shops and restaurants. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will see the entrance to the Charles Darwin Research Station on your right at Ave Charles Darwin 854.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Puerto Ayora. Start at the Main Pier and cycle northeast along Av. Charles Darwin. It's a straight route and you can enjoy the scenery. After approximately 10 minutes, look for the entrance on your right at Ave Charles Darwin 854.
Taxi (on foot to taxi stand)
Walk to the nearest taxi stand in Puerto Ayora, typically found near the Main Pier area. Request a taxi to take you to the Charles Darwin Research Station. The drive is short, usually around 5 minutes. The taxi will drop you off right outside the entrance located at Ave Charles Darwin 854.
