Bus
From the city center, head towards the nearest bus stop. Look for a bus heading towards 'Tarqui.' You can take the bus number 1 or 20. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Cerro Santa Ana' stop. From there, walk towards the Santa Ana Hill. You will see signs directing you to Faro Las Peñas. The lighthouse is located at Sergeant Buitrón 384.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi. Simply hail a taxi from your location or use a rideshare app like Uber. Show the driver the address 'Sergeant Buitrón 384, Guayaquil 090313.' The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of Faro Las Peñas.
Walking
If you are staying nearby, you can walk to Faro Las Peñas. Start from the main avenue 'Av. 9 de Octubre' and head towards 'Calle Escobedo.' Continue straight until you reach 'Cerro Santa Ana.' Follow the path leading up the hill. It is a steep walk, but you will enjoy beautiful views along the way. The lighthouse is located at the top, at Sergeant Buitrón 384.
