Getting There

  • Walking

    From Malecón 2000, head towards Avenida 9 de Octubre. Walk along the Malecón until you reach the intersection with Avenida 9 de Octubre. Turn left onto Avenida 9 de Octubre and continue walking for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye out for the large statue of Simón Bolívar on your left; Parque Seminario is just a short distance ahead on your right side at Rocafuerte Chimborazo.

    If you prefer public transport, you can take a local bus from Malecón 2000. Look for buses heading towards the downtown area. Board any bus that indicates it will stop at 'Parque Seminario' or 'Rocafuerte.' The bus fare is approximately $0.25. Once you arrive at the stop, it will be a short 5-minute walk to the park.
