Walking
If you are starting from the Ibarra city center, head south on Calle Sucre towards Calle 10 de Agosto. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 17 de Julio. Turn left onto Avenida 17 de Julio and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see a large open area on your right; this is Parque Ciudad Blanca (Céntrica). Follow the path into the park.

From the Ibarra bus terminal, take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop near Plaza de los Heroes. From there, walk south on Calle Sucre towards Calle 10 de Agosto, then turn left onto Avenida 17 de Julio. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Parque Ciudad Blanca (Céntrica) on your right.
