Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Ibarra city center, head towards the main square, Plaza de Ambato. From there, walk northeast along Calle Sucre until you reach the intersection with Avenida 17 de Julio. Turn right onto Avenida 17 de Julio and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for directional signs pointing towards San Antonio de Ibarra. As you approach the outskirts of the city, you will see Francisco Calderón Park on your left at Gabriel García Moreno 165. The park is easily recognizable by its green spaces and recreational areas.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From the Ibarra bus terminal, look for a bus heading towards San Antonio de Ibarra. The buses are frequent, so you should not have to wait long. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at San Antonio de Ibarra, get off at the main stop near the church. From there, walk along Gabriel García Moreno Street, heading southwest for about 5 minutes. Francisco Calderón Park will be on your right side. Look for the park's entrance, which is marked with signs.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in Ibarra. Start at the city center and head northeast along Calle Sucre. Once you reach Avenida 17 de Julio, turn right and continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer. The route is mostly flat and passes through residential areas. Be cautious of traffic as you approach the outskirts. When you see the signs for San Antonio de Ibarra, look for Francisco Calderón Park on your left at Gabriel García Moreno 165. There are bike racks available at the park entrance.
