Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the central area of Loja, locate the main bus terminal, Terminal Terrestre de Loja. Take a bus heading towards 'Parque Jipiro' or 'Daniel Armijos'. The bus fare is usually very affordable. Once you are on the bus, the journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for the Parque Jipiro stop, which is a well-known landmark. Once you get off, walk towards the entrance of Parque Jipiro, and you will find the Piscina Municipal located within the park.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can easily hail a taxi from anywhere in Loja. Show the driver the address: '2QGW+CW8, Daniel Armijos C., Loja' or simply say 'Parque Jipiro'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting the ride if you are not using a rideshare app. The taxi will drop you off at the main entrance of Parque Jipiro, from where the Piscina Municipal is accessible.

• Walking

  If you are near the center of Loja and enjoy walking, you can reach Piscina Municipal - Parque Jipiro on foot. Start at Parque Central and head south on Avenida 24 de Mayo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Daniel Armijos C. Turn left onto Daniel Armijos C. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Parque Jipiro. The Piscina Municipal is located within the park, so just follow the signs once you arrive.
