If you are driving, start from Manta, the largest city in Manabí Region. Head south on Ruta del Spondylus (E15S). Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach km 582, which is just past El Aromo. Look for signs indicating 'Pacoche Lodge & Reserve' as you approach. The lodge is located on the left-hand side of the road. There is no parking fee, but be sure to confirm the lodge's availability before your visit.

To reach Pacoche Lodge & Reserve via public transportation, take a bus from Manta to San Mateo. Buses depart frequently from the Manta bus terminal, and the fare is around $1.50. Once you arrive in San Mateo, you will need to take a taxi or a local mototaxi to get to Pacoche Lodge. The distance is about 10 km and the taxi fare should be approximately $10, depending on negotiation. Ensure that you communicate your destination clearly to the driver.
