If you are starting from the central area of Manta, begin at the Plaza Cívica. Head south towards Avenida 24 de Mayo, and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 17. Turn right onto Calle 17 and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will come to a small park area. Continue walking straight, and you will see RELOJ PUBLICO ahead on your left, marked by its iconic clock tower.
