If you're driving from Mindo, head southeast on the E28 road. Continue for about 11 km until you reach the intersection with the Camino Milpe-Pachijal road. Turn left onto Camino Milpe-Pachijal and follow the road for about 5 km. The Milpe Bird Sanctuary will be located on your left side at Km 91. Look for the sign indicating the entrance.
