Walking
Start at the central square of Mindo, 'Plaza de Mindo'. Head south on 'Calle 9 de Octubre' until you reach 'Calle de la Paz'. Turn right onto 'Calle de la Paz' and continue straight for about 500 meters. You will see signs pointing you towards 'Guapulo'. Keep walking, and you'll arrive at a small bus stop where you can catch a local bus heading towards Quito. Inform the bus driver that you're going to 'Guapulo'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop near 'Guapulo Colonial Church'. The church will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Bus
From the center of Mindo, walk to the main bus station located near 'Calle 9 de Octubre'. Look for buses heading towards Quito. Purchase a ticket to 'Guapulo'. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Guapulo' bus stop, exit the bus, and the 'Guapulo Colonial Church' will be a short walk up the hill from the stop. Follow the signs and ask locals if you need directions.
