If you're in the center of Mindo, start by heading southeast on Calle 9 de Octubre towards the main square. As you walk, enjoy the local shops and scenery. Once you reach the main square, continue straight on Av. Quito for about 2 blocks until you reach the intersection with Av. Amazonas. Turn left onto Av. Amazonas and follow it until you reach the bus terminal. From there, take a bus heading to Quito. The bus ride takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Quito, head towards Centro Histórico. You can ask locals for directions to Cuenca 6-15, which is located near the Plaza de la Independencia.

Begin your journey by walking to the Mindo bus terminal, located near the center of town on Av. Quito. Look for buses marked 'Quito' – they leave frequently throughout the day. The bus ride to Quito takes roughly 2 hours. Upon arrival at the terminal in Quito, exit and locate the nearest public transport or taxi service to take you to the Centro Histórico area. From there, walk towards Cuenca 6-15, where the Museo de Arte Colonial is situated. It’s a short walk and you can use your phone’s GPS to guide you.
