Take a local bus from Papallacta Hot Springs towards Baeza. The fare is typically around $1.50. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Milagrosa Waterfall trailhead. The bus will drop you off near the entrance. From there, you'll need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach the waterfall. Be sure to check the bus schedule for the return trip.

Once you arrive at the trailhead (MRGW+VX5, Carr. Papallacta - Laguna Baños), prepare for a hike. The trail is approximately 2 kilometers long and can be moderately challenging, so wear appropriate footwear. Follow the marked trail signs that lead to Milagrosa Waterfall. It will take about 30-45 minutes to reach the waterfall, depending on your pace.
