Start from the central area of Puerto Ayora, near the main dock where you will find the local shops and restaurants. From the dock, head south on Avenida Charles Darwin. You will pass by various souvenir shops and cafes. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you see the entrance to the Charles Darwin Research Station on your right. The entrance is well marked and you should see signs directing you to the station.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Puerto Ayora. Begin your ride from the main dock and head south on Avenida Charles Darwin. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. As you cycle, enjoy the scenery along the way. Look out for the signs indicating the Charles Darwin Research Station on your right, where you can park your bike before entering.
