If you are near the Plaza de la Independencia, you can catch the Trolebus. Head to the nearest Trolebus station (either at Plaza de la Independencia or near the Basilica del Voto Nacional). Board a Trolebus heading towards El Recreo. Ride until you reach the 'Joaquín Gallegos Lara' stop. From there, exit and walk down Calle Venezuela towards the north for about 5 minutes. The Museo Camilo Egas will be on your right at Calle Venezuela, N9 02.

If you are in the Centro Histórico area, you can easily walk to Museo Camilo Egas. Start at the Plaza de la Independencia, facing the Cathedral. Walk along Calle García Moreno, passing by various shops and cafes. Continue until you reach the intersection with Calle Venezuela. Turn left onto Calle Venezuela and walk straight for about 10 minutes. The museum will be on your left at Calle Venezuela, N9 02.
