Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from the Southern Sierra region, head towards the city of Quito. Once you reach Quito, follow the signs for Avenida Simón Bolívar (the ring road). Continue on Avenida Simón Bolívar until you see the exit for Cumbayá. Take this exit and follow the road, which will lead you into Cumbayá. After entering Cumbayá, keep an eye out for Street N258. Ecuador & Galapagos Insiders is located on this street at La Viña, Camino del Bosque. It should take approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic conditions.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach Ecuador & Galapagos Insiders via public transportation, take a bus from any major town in the Southern Sierra to Quito. Once in Quito, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Cumbayá. The bus fare from the Southern Sierra to Quito typically ranges from $5 to $10. Upon reaching Quito, take the 'Cumbayá' bus route (check local stops) or a taxi for a more direct route. The taxi fare from Quito to Cumbayá will be around $10 to $15. After arriving in Cumbayá, look for Street N258, and the destination is located at La Viña.

  If you prefer a more comfortable option, consider using a ride-sharing app like Uber or Cabify. From your location in the Southern Sierra, request a ride to Cumbayá, Quito. The fare will vary based on the distance and demand but expect to pay around $30 to $50 for the trip, depending on your starting point. This option is convenient, especially if you're traveling with luggage or prefer not to navigate public transportation.
