    From anywhere in Puerto Villamil, head towards the main pier. Just before reaching the pier, you'll see a small boardwalk to the left. Follow this boardwalk for about 3 minutes through the mangroves, and you'll arrive at Concha de la Perla. The walk from the center of town to the boardwalk entrance is approximately 20 minutes. There is no cost to enter Concha de la Perla.

    Taxis are readily available in Puerto Villamil. A short taxi ride from anywhere in town to the pier and the start of the Concha de la Perla boardwalk costs around $1-2 per person. From the pier, follow the boardwalk for about 3 minutes to reach the snorkeling site. There is no cost to enter Concha de la Perla.
