If you are in Aswan city center, start at the Abu Simbel Monument located near the Nile Corniche. From there, walk south along the Nile Corniche for about 15-20 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes on your way. Continue walking until you see the signs for 'مرسى جزيرة أسوان' or the ferry terminal. The terminal is located near the riverbank where you will find boats ready to take you to the island. The journey across the Nile to the island takes approximately 10 minutes.
Ferry
If you are at the Aswan High Dam, you can take a local ferry to مرسى جزيرة أسوان. Head to the nearest ferry terminal, which is located on the west bank of the Nile. Purchase a ticket for the ferry heading towards the island. The ferry ride will take around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the island, follow the signs to مرسى جزيرة أسوان.
Local Bus or Minibus
From the Aswan bus station, you can take a local minibus heading towards the Nile Corniche. Ask the driver to drop you off near the ferry terminal for مرسى جزيرة أسوان. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the Nile and look for the ferry to the island.
