If you're starting from the Aswan Botanical Garden, exit the garden and head south towards the road that runs along the Nile. Follow the path until you reach the main road, then turn left (east) and continue walking along the road. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Abu AR Rish Qebli. The public water point is located approximately 2.5 km along this road, just beyond the intersection with the road leading towards Giza.

Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the large intersection. Turn left onto the road that leads towards Abu AR Rish Qebli.
