Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from Asyut City Center, head towards Al Mohandessin Street. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Al Gomhoria Street. Turn left onto Al Gomhoria Street and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the junction with Al Walideyah Street. At this junction, turn right onto Al Walideyah Street and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will then reach نفق الزهراء, located at the coordinates 55QJ+838, Al Walideyah Al Qebleyah, Asyut 2. Look for the entrance to the hiking area on your left.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Asyut City Center, take a local bus heading towards Al Walideyah. You can catch the bus from the main bus station located near the city square. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Al Walideyah. Once you get off, head straight for about 300 meters along Al Walideyah Street until you reach نفق الزهراء, located at the coordinates 55QJ+838, Al Walideyah Al Qebleyah, Asyut 2.

• Taxi (Local)

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a local taxi. You can find taxis at various points in Asyut City Center. Simply tell the driver you want to go to نفق الزهراء in Al Walideyah. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will know the area well and will drop you off right at the entrance.
